Use Guide

Our devices are provided as a starting point without Danish use instructions. We have instructions for use in English as well as video guides that are not necessarily in Danish.

 

Mounting

Some cars require a certain technical level to mount the unit. It will vary from car to car and model to model. However, all our devices come with a frame that fits in the specific car model, and adapter cables made specifically for the car model, and therefore it is not necessary to cut and splice cables etc.

 

Payment

We receive card payment with Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. In addition, we offer payment with Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is also offered through ViaBill and MobilePay (for Danish customers only). Choose under checkout what is best for you.

 

Complaints

All customers have the opportunity to complain. It must be done in writing by email to info@bilmedie.dk. Write "Complaint" in the subject field.
